What is Soundbathing?

Harmonization. Regeneration. Deep relaxation.

It is a total immersion in sound. During a sound bath, participants are bathed in the vibrations produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and other therapeutic instruments. These sounds create a meditative atmosphere, promoting deep relaxation and inner healing.

 

Julian uses Tibetan bowls brought back from his travels, gongs, drums, flutes and other resonant instruments.

What you will experience

Intention and postures

The workshop will begin with a brief introduction where Julian will explain the Sound Bath approach and its benefits. You will be invited to set an intention for the session, a practice that can amplify the effects of sound healing.

Pranayama et Breathwork

Sequences of different yoga Pranayamas and Breathwork exercises with slow and deep hyperventilation, adapted from the Tibetan Tummo meditation.

Meditative sound journey

You will settle comfortably on your mat, with blankets and cushions to ensure maximum comfort. The emphasis will be on total body relaxation to allow the sound vibrations to circulate freely.


Julian will begin playing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic tools. The sounds will envelop the room, creating an atmosphere conducive to deep meditation and introspection.


As the sounds resonate through your body and mind, you will be guided on an inner journey, allowing tensions to dissolve and blocked emotions to be released.

Soft landing

After approximately 90 minutes of immersive sound, Julian will gently guide you back to reality. The return will be followed by a moment of sharing, where you can express your feelings and ask questions.

Sound therapy is contraindicated for people with epileptic or cardiac disorders or those who are pregnant for less than 4 months and more than 8 months.
