Why am I sharing all of this with you?

I spent the first 25 years of my life in a state of anxiety and nervousnessextremes, always on the defensive, always waiting for the worst case scenario created by my mind...

Yoga was the ray of hope to get out of my cave, the beginning of my inner change.  My Yoga experience began 7 years ago. As I am someone who gives my all in what I do, I went straight to the source, in an Ashram in southern India. Jlearned techniques and teachings of this millennial philosophy. Three years later, during my travels in Thailand and Indonesia, I became a qualified teacher.

I am a former top athlete and have spent the last 3 years

of my life teaching Yoga to more than a hundred students. 

I love the sharing and connection created with each of them. It is my passion now to transmit this discipline pour help people move towards physical, mental and emotional well-being.

  • How do I know if I'm really progressing, knowing that you're not with me like in a class at the studio? 

The goal of the Protocol is that you appropriate your modules and that you are independent as quickly as possible in mastering the postures. However, you can send me all your questions by email (private list).

  • I have health problems (cardiac, etc.) or I am pregnant. You can contact me atjulian.ciais@gmail.comand I will answer you quickly!

  • What is the best time of day to set up the Protocol? I recommend in the morning when you wake up or in the evening when you get home from work. You can also implement the Modules at any time of the day, but be sure to allow yourself at least 30 minutes without being disturbed. 

  • How do I work on my flexibility? Each module is made up chronologically to give you time to evolve with your body and your current possibilities. The postures of the first module are therefore accessible to all.
